The Freeths Rural team provides a comprehensive advisory service for clients with commercial and private interests in rural, agricultural and equine matters. The team draws on the specialist talent and experience of lawyers from different legal disciplines to provide a complete legal service at highly competitive rates. Our advice is practical, clear, and is provided in a friendly manner and in clear language by lawyers with wide experience of rural issues, many of whom have a farming or agricultural background.

We act for large landed estates, farmers, landowners and private individuals, rural businesses both large and small and charities including the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI).
