Planning for the future

Our private client team is the largest in Oxfordshire and one of the largest outside London, with 13 lawyers and other experts specialising in all aspects of the management of personal wealth. We are recognised by independent legal commentators Chambers and Legal 500 as one of the leading teams in the south of England for private client work. We have lawyers who are members of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Law Society's Private Client Section, the Contentious Probate Lawyers Group, the Institute of Directors, the Land Trusts Association and the Institute of Legacy Management.

We provide a range of services to help you organise, manage and safeguard your own and your family's interests, including all aspects of personal tax planning, Wills, trusts, probate, Wills disputes, Court of Protection and power of attorney issues.
