Resolving disputes

Representing your interests

Our nationally recognised team works to resolve disputes in many areas for individuals. The primary areas where we advise are below:

The term 'contentious probate' refers to a dispute over a Will, an estate or a Trust. There may be disputes over the Will itself or the way the estate has been distributed. In most cases we will be able to advise you on the dispute.

Commercial dispute resolution

We can help with disputes relating to your company or partnership business, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes and issues relating to directors' duties.

We advise on a wide range of property disputes, including landlord and tenant matters, eviction of squatters, boundary or neighbour disputes and leasehold enfranchisement.

We advise on claims against legal professionals, building professionals, financial professionals and medical professionals.
We can help you when problems arise during building, repair or improvement works to your home.

The dispute resolution department is headed up by Duncan Crine who is recognised by the legal directories for litigation and dispute resolution.
